What will you learn
My classes take a person-centred approach, rooted in empathy, lived experience, and trauma-informed practice. I understand the impact that violence, harassment, and fear can have on women, trans, and non-binary folk, not only physically, but emotionally and psychologically.
Each class is designed to not only teach self-defence skills, but to help you explore the why behind them, so you can reconnect with your strength, your boundaries, and your sense of safety.
Whether you’re a survivor, someone seeking confidence, or just want to feel more prepared, you’ll be met with compassion and support every step of the way.
